Delete your account

You can delete your Hack My Move account and all associated data — including your checklists, move dates, vendor notes, household information, and account details — by sending a request to our support team.

How to request deletion

Send an email to support@hackmymove.com with the subject line Delete My Account. Please send the request from the email address associated with your Hack My Move account so we can verify ownership.

What gets deleted

• Your email address and authentication record
• All user-generated content, including checklists, tasks, and notes
• Move dates, vendor details, and budget entries
• Household and profile information

Once the deletion is complete, all account data will be permanently removed from our systems and cannot be recovered.

Processing time

We process deletion requests within 30 days of receiving and verifying your request. You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is finished.
